I was diagnosed with MCTD about a year ago (after 9 months of the lab rat routine. 7 doctors, hundreds of thousands in tests and re-testing.) .

I no longer have health insurance, I can not afford a doctor, I live in the US.

Through natural remedies pain has not been a major factor for the last 9 months.

Earlier today my back popped, 3 inches to the left of my spine, 2 inches below the shoulder blades.

Immediately my neck felt hot, now the left side of my neck and back as well as my left shoulder (top, collarbone area) and left hip are tense enough to limit mobility and incredibly painful.

I do not take medications, I do use CBD to minimize inflammation.

Has anyone experienced something similar? What did you do?

Try heat alternating with ice. Take an anti inflammatory like Ibuprofen. If you can get someone to do a massage, that might help. I have had that happen and ended up going to the Dr for a shot of anti inflammatory and some muscle relaxants, but have also been able to clear it up with the heat, ice and ibuprofen treatment. Girl you need meds.

Is there no way to get at least Prednisone somewhere??
Or dolquine?
I only take once a day dolquine and that's it the only medication they gave me and I am fine.
Try to get at least that one.
