Woke this morning with an awful pain in back to side area on right side, have no urge to have a bowel movement, have had 20 grams of my daily fiber today and will have more later, after yesterday's...

Forgot to say, had 13 polyps removed 2008 and had a flare up 1-6-10, was inflamed and was on antibiotics for 10 days, and told to eat more fiber.  Cannot afford to see neurologist, so iI am hoping...
