  I’m sorry this isn’t a discussion, I am a member of this group and could do with some help, if you are a university student, I would really appreciate it if you could fill out my questionnaire on University Students Understanding and Experiences of Anxiety, it is for my Sociology dissertation and it will take no longer than 10 minutes.   I am constantly down about not having anyone I am super close with, I have people I talk to at uni, but no one I can see being in my life in the long term. I feel like everytime I meet new people, the same situation repeats. I am super shy, and I am constantly down on myself about my personality. I have had close friends in the past from school but that faded, I just don't know when the next chance will be for me to meet new people. I just really want close friends more than anything.

  I don't know a lot about any of this but I just can't sleep because there's always these voices in my head with a bunch of insults about myself I just feel really down and lonely and like I just want to let it all out. I feel like I have no one to talk to.
