Have you considered therapy?
me or I say about myself or at least think that that's what other people think of me.
One thing that can be helpful is to replace the negative thought with a positive one, whether you write it down or think it. I have had a journal before where I write the positive whenever I struggle with negative thoughts. It can help re train the brain !
Know that you arent what people think of you. You are uniquely you with gifts and talents meant to share with the world. Don't let peoples words take that from you. Keep pushing through and know you were created with greatness in mind! Be that greatness ! :)
I am new here but I'd just like to say that if you would ever like someone to talk to then you can talk to me :) I happen to be an excellent listener.
So going with that, what is this voice saying? and do you have to listen? When I was young I used to say all sorts of bad things to myself. Now I can't be arsed.
You've probably been teased in the past, and fear future attacks - but now you're doing their work for them. Now you're making up mean things for people to be saying about you, and throwing them at yourself and hurting yourself. Why do that? You're hurting yourself.
You need to find your inner core of self. Identify who you are and where you're going. Friends are nice to have - they're not necessary, and you'll make new ones and lose old ones all your life long. In fifty years will you give the tiniest damn what some fifteen year old dork thought about you fifty years ago?
You won't give the tiniest stuff. Not the tiniest one. And that's where you need to take yourself. Teach yourself to think long term. Teach yourself to think outside of 'now' and into 'how will I feel in five years?'
When you do something dumb, let it go. It probably wasn't dumb. It was probably fine but your anxiety is making you think it's bad.
Your friends wont' remember anythiing from 3 days ago. They won't remember what they said, they won't remember what you did. So let it go. They all let it go. Everyone around you lets everything go.
Get over the hump and let yourself be a person, just a person, who gets things right and gets things wrong, and lives, and makes mistakes, just like every other person.
