About Me

Age: 56

I am a 37 year old married father of 2 younger children in Seattle area (7, and 3). I am originally from California and intend to return. My wife is a stay at home mother at this point until both children reach school age. Certain financial concerns/worries, as well as my unrealistic expectations of certain things in life (mostly career issues) have really intensified some anxiety and depression conditions that I have had off and on for the last 14 years. (Ever since starting work after college.) I am really hoping to become more balanced in my outlook/attitude and perspective on life for the benefit of myself and my family. Much of the time in the last year has been a real challenge..............................
