  As of today, I am 22 days clean. I had a breakdown a few days ago and got my blade out but I grabbed playdough and held it on my wrist while I cut the clay. It helped a little bit, not fully, but my hand slipped and I accidentally made a small mark on my palm, the sting from that kind of told my brain I did it again and I felt so much better. I'm so happy I'm doing better, even though I broke a clean record of about 4 months....I still did it but not on myself. I released my pain on something...
