  Hello everyone! My name is Lauren Antoinette, and I'm a 17 year old from PA. I've gone through periods of anxiety since I was a child due to bullying, but recently I've been in a rut of depression and suicidal thoughts that I can't seem to break. I can't stop crying over scary memories or the thought of being alone. I've never had friends, and now I'm more alone than ever, so if anyone wants to talk about anything, I'd be so happy to. I'd love to talk about random stuff or give advice, so...

  Late Night Panic Attacks

  Woah. For about 30 minutes before I tried sleeping, I just had a massive panic attack. It hit me like a train! I don't remember anything I thought about, but I know I was crying. Hopefully I can sleep soon, I'm completely exhausted and emotionally drained.
