  I keep going off on my husband for small stupid stuff and I'm on the verge of loosing my marriage we will be married 14 years tomorrow. but I can't seem to control my racing thoughts and self worthlessness and always feeling so alone even with him and my 4 kids here I feel like an outcast in my own family and no bony understands me I hate being like this if I continue I'm going to 32nd up pushing everyone away and dying alone.

  I feel so alone all the time especially tonight I got into an argument with my husband because i was feeling as though I was completely invisible to him today. is seemed as though the only feelings he cares about was out female friends I'm not sure if it's just me being jealous or what but I say alone in my bedroom while he was out making sure she was feeling ok. he usually spoils me on Valentine's day with breakfast and cards and today it was as if I wasn't even there. I just cried .

  today was Valentine's day and I figured my husband would do what he normally does which is cool breakfast and have the kids make me cards but I got absolutely nothing he was more worried about how our friend was feeling because her boyfriend went back to his home town. But that made me feel so alone and uncared about. When he put another female before me hurts me and the I get mad and tell at him and do nothing but cry and I feel worthless. I can't seem to figure out how to control my anger or...
