just wanna cry

today was Valentine's day and I figured my husband would do what he normally does which is cool breakfast and have the kids make me cards but I got absolutely nothing he was more worried about how our friend was feeling because her boyfriend went back to his home town. But that made me feel so alone and uncared about. When he put another female before me hurts me and the I get mad and tell at him and do nothing but cry and I feel worthless. I can't seem to figure out how to control my anger or jealousy.
