  Hi, I'm a freshman in college and everything is getting to me. About 4 years ago I was almost raped but was still put in a really bad situation. Recently my school has been having events for sexual violence and my roommate also has a stalker that is known to rape people.   I have 2 chronic illness's and found out about them when I was 8 years old. I'm now 18 almost 19 and it's been 10 years and I still don't have a set in stone diagnosis.   I'm having a really tough day. I struggle with diseases like arthritis that are causing me pain. Both of my hands throb with complete pain doing simple tasks like holding a french fry. My hips, knees, and ankles throb in pain too which make walking or even sitting painful. I also have so much homework and studying to do for college and I feel like I have no time to complete it.   Stretched out tendons--help?

  I have stretched out tendons in both of my hands. Usually it doesn't hurt that much but lately it has been super sore with me having to do a lot of school work. I wear a brace on my dominant hand but does anyone know some type of hand exercises that might help? Or anything that might help? I use to get steroid shots but i decided to stop them.
