  today I just wanna die. How the hell do I miss my ex?? He was once again cheating on me! He punched me in the face multiple times. How do I feel so horrible?! Why do I wanna see him?   so it's been a week since me and my ex have broken up and that entire drama went down (domestic violence, he attacked me punching me, found out he was cheating) to catch you up on what happened....today has been hard. So hard. The pain of missing him is still there even after all the horrible things he's done to me. I feel like a piece of me is missing. And the worst part is, I know he's probably fine :( like he always was . The strength in me I can't seem to find to not be so sad and upset....

  it's Friday night and usually I'd be working but I took off for a couple weeks to get my head together. I'm sitting on the couch by myself with no plans. I feel kinda okay but then the thought of "I should be out" "I'm by myself" "I have no life" come to my mind. I guess it's my mind fighting itself in the process of changing. One day at a time right? Gotta focus on the positives! I'm going to orientation in the morning for volunteering at an animal shelter. POSITIVE VIBES POSITIVE LIFE!!

  ugh. Woke up again this morning from a dream about him and what he's done. And it feels so real!! All I keep thinking about is revenge .  How do I make him hurt the way he's hurt me?! How do I get him back??? How do I make his life hell???but I know that I can't. I know that the best thing for me is to stay clear of it all. I can't keep dragging myself back into this mess! I need to move on and start a positive life! Why is that so hard ?!

  hey all, its 10:24pm and instead of being out like I usually would be (with my ex), I'm in bed contemplating the entire universe in my head :( this seems to be the hardest time (as well as waking up). I started taking melatonin pills to help me sleep. They work wonders. So anyone in the same position where u can't sleep and can't stay asleep because of the over thinking, I suggest you try some! They are all natural! Hope everyone sleeps well! Stay positive!

  today i received a court order of protection against my ex. ive been trying to completely forget what has happened the last 4 years of my life and this just snapped me back to reality. remembering everything that has happened. feeling that pain again. is every little thing that reminds me of him going to snap me back to this dark place? it literally freezes me where i stand. it wipes out the tiny amount of strength that i feel i have gained. i need to be strong. the support of everyone helps so...
