  i managed to get up and go to work.  As the elevator doors opened I burst into tears.  Cried in my office for an hour.  I guess someone could hear me and a coworker came in to see what was wrong.  I didn't share but she hugged me while I just cried and told me I would be okay.  I got my strength back and buried myself in work.  When I looked up it was time to leave.  I realize now it's been 3 days now since I've eaten.  Still no appetite.  I'm exhausted today.  I just want to sleep....
