  Yesterday I went to therapy, it was good I enjoyed it but I still came home crying. I called in sick from work because I don't want to do anything. I loved living in my city now I hate everything about. I'm just tired and scared I'll never be happy again.

  Its been a month since I came home and realize he left. I want to be happy again so bad that I'm forcing myself to get over him but it won't work everything I do reminds me of him and the only thing I want is for him to come home but he completely shut me out. I don't want to know what he's doing I pray everynight for him to be happy but completely forget to pray for my own in return. I need help figuring out how to let go.
