  Hi. I used to come on this site more than 5 years ago but have been away. I feel that I'm so lost in life and my head feels so "crazy" (not calm, do manic-y,  can't problem solve without panicking ) that I'm just all the way around lost. Idk who to ask to pull me out of this. So im here.  I guess maybe I could use some guidance or even kind, understanding words. Thank you
