  hey guys....didn't think I'd get to the point where I needed to type out what I'm feeling but it's been a bad weekend. Ive been keeping the sores under control by staying completely gluten free since last April. On Friday, I decided to treat myself to a TINY bowl of macaroni and cheese from Tim Hortons. I was out with my friends and there wasn't any gluten free options anyways. That damn bowl of Mac and cheese was the worst decision I've made EVER. i got a sore right where my underwear hits...

  i stumbled on a forum back in April 2016 where someone suggested to go gluten free and it may reduce the sores. I couldn't find the forum again but I did stumble upon this support group and wanted to share seriously, going gluten free was the best decision I have ever made. Before cutting gluten out, I literally had at least 2-3 sores at a time. By the time those healed, I would get new ones. It's debilitating. After I stumbled upon the forum, I figured I'd try it. Nothing else to lose right?...
