  Hope everyone had a good day. My day wasn't so bad today. A little cramping I. My legs and aching in my hands and arms but nothing as bad as what it has been so I'll take it lol. I've been in bed since about 1030 which is my usual bed time and I by no means can sleep. Not sure what's going on? Do you get some form of sleep apnea with Fibromyalgia? Ok maybe not sleep apnea but sleep issues. I'm tired and sleep but feel wide awake at the same time. I've gotta try and force myself to sleep because...

  I hope everyone's holiday was well. Been a few days since I've checked in. Its been a few days of ups and downs. I have good days (minimal pain - never goes away but not as bad) and I have not so good days, i say not so good because overall I'm still alive so I wont say bad days. Its like the day could start out good and in a few hours im hurting through out on top of the emotional part. The doc said it affects you emotionally as well and last time i went i was like i'm good im good but...

  This morning started off so so with getting ready for work but when i parked and started to walk to work i was feeling a little disoriented. Then when i got to work my legs were killing me and i was feeling quite naseaus. I was told to double up on the meds since im usually in pain all day and i take the pill only at bedtime but the way its making me feel i am not going to double up again. I reached out to the doc and she said to try 1 and a half pills. Not sure about it but i'll try over the...

  Today wasn't so bad. Pain all day throughout the day but as usual I bared it. Locks of cramping in my legs tonight and my lower back is killing me. Minor aching in my hands and arms. Double my mess tonight as I was advised by the doc to doanf feel it starting to kick in. Will see how it helps during the day tomorrow. Nite nite
