Today wasn't so bad. Pain all day throughout the day but as usual I bared it. Locks of cramping in my legs tonight and my lower back is killing me. Minor aching in my hands and arms. Double my mess tonight as I was advised by the doc to doanf feel it starting to kick in. Will see how it helps during the day tomorrow. Nite nite
