  Some days I wish I could go back to disavowing my emotions and just be cold and logical. I think that it made me a weaker person but dealing with these emotions makes things less clear, less decisive.

  Been an alright day. Nothing much to talk about. I wasn't completely honest with my work product today in that I was definitelty distracted and not focused. I attended the meetings that I needed to but didn't accomplish much else. So in a way that's being dishonest. At least that is how I am going to look at it. Anyway, off to the weekend, next week start over.

  Back in August when I started facing my problems and attempting to change my life for the better I would say that I had no feelings. Really what was happening was I was surpressing all of them. It didn't matter if they were positive or negative, I was just cold...or angry but supressed and directed at myself.   Hello. My name is Kris and I am a compulsive liar. Today started rough with little sleep, then it was good before work, now after work it's started badly. We are both tired and we disagree about a conversation that we had yesterday. She is now accusing me of lying and I disagree, I believe she isn't remembering the conversation correctly. Anyway around it it has led to stress. Off to therapy for the night.

The last few days have been trying since my friend has not been well and that means that I am called on to help her out which mainly involves tons of back rubs, which gets tiring and also the psychological effects of having her be sick and in pain is draining mentally.   Hello. My name is Kris and I am a compulsive liar. I have slipped from doing this daily. It has been easy to slip since it's the holidays and everything else is out of whack. The friend has been sick for the last couple days and that is hard to take. First because she is clearly in pain and I feel powerless, but also because I triggered this particular episode.
