  I have one more week of a liquid diet then will be moving towards puréed foods.can anyone give me some ideas on the best tasting foods to purée, or techniques to use for best results.also are there any baby foods that are "tasty"?thankssue

  had gastric bypass yesterday am. Surgery went very well. already home from hospital. Only minimal pain, easily contoled by liquid loratab.hospital staff was wonderful and so far all good i am so glad I had the support and ability to do this

  I have found some great products that seem to be helping me. A free phone app called Baritastic is fabulous. Keeps track of everything from food, drink,protein,water plus so much more. Even has a timer reminder for sipping after surgery and chewing slowly when time to eat solid food.Also using Isolate pure Whey protein from GNC and Premier protein drinks from Walmart. All flavors taste great

  i will start my 7 day pre-op liquid diet in 1 week. Just wondering what I should expect? Will I have a headache and feel nauseous like what happens when you don't eat. What can I due to make it easier and be successful?thanks

  has anyone tried or have know someone who has tried hypnosis to get in a stronger state of mindmaybe to work on old bad habits such as mindless eating my surgery is scheduled for July 11th and I am trying to be as successful as possible
