  I'm afraid it's not a panic attack and something more dangerous. I'll feel like my throart is swelling, difficulty breathing, heavy weight on my chest, burning/tingling sensation in my head and chest. Is it normal?

  Hello, I'm new here and just wanted to say hi. I was diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder and panic disorder about 3 years ago. I was on zoloft for 2 years and weaned myself off a year ago. About 3 weeks ago I had my first panic attack in a long time. I made an appointment with a therapist and still have to wait 2 weeks before i can see them. I felt like I needed to go the ER during a panic attack, but waited on my husband's suggestion and went to urgent care the next day. Urgent care...
