Wondering where others here live

My best friend and husband of 30 years died unexpectedly in December so I am new to this group. I have found you all to be so very supportive and I want to tell you how much you have helped me (especially between 1 and 6 am when I seem to need you the most). Knowing others are having or have had some of the same emotional moments, breakdowns, etc. that I am having helps ~ not that I want every one to be in pain but you know what I mean, I was wondering if anyone might live nearby. Just curious ~ oh and I live outside the Roanoke/Salem area of Virginia

Yep.....I know what you mean.....it's a comfort to know others are sharing your feelings....it's all good! That's why we cope better ...Our Group is Amazing! I am so, so glad your'e here....DO you know what I mean?
I am very often up through out the night too... I live in beautiful Ontario, Canada..very close to our George here on DS

I'm so very sorry for your loss. Your pain is so raw right now. We're all on this journey together, so you're not alone.

You may want to talk to your doctor about a low dose sleeping pill or an antidepressant.

I'm in Pittsburgh, btw.
