I feel pretty good. I've still got that deep, sometimes sharp pain in my neck, but I see my PM on the 1st.

I have a meeting at church at 5:00 PM, then prayer meeting and choir practice.

I just got back from a 3 day camping trip so I'm in a bit of pain this morning (to put it mildly). It was so good to sleep in my bed again; I didn't wake up until almost 11 this morning and that is unheard of for me. I am sunburned and covered in mosquito bites but that's par for the course around here. I have an appointment to see my GP on monday; my sick leave expires monday so we'll have to decide what I'm doing. I have tried sitting at my desk at home and can't last more than an hour so I know what I have to do, I just don't like to 'finalize' that thougt until I see my doctor. I'm doing much better than I was before seeing the pain doctor but still not good enough to work at a desk all day, even getting up and walking around is not going to get me through a whole work day. I just need some more time. My long term disability was approved so there is no rush to go back.

Good morning to all ! I'm still recover for some mouth surgery( 2 weeks a go ) and still have infection and hurts like hell but It is a bit better. We just finished the outside lighting and it turn out awesome if I say so myself. Lol we still have a few adjustments . We have a wood area in the back that hubby has been thinning out since we move ( its big). We are also going to put some lighting back there , seating and fire pit, can't wait but probably not till next year because we need to start the inside once the weather gets cold. Oh I do have an appointment with my dentist tomorrow and hopeful he can figure out what's going on. My whole face hurts ears and all. You know the feeling of horrible toothaches. Hate them. Hope all of you have a wonderful day !

I have a new spaze in my hand and it's making it hard to type.
It's my sons last day of summer break so I'm just hanging out with them today.
I have been sleeping and feeling a whole lot better this week but these spazms in my hand are making things a little difficult.
I hope to get back on later if it quits and I can type better.

today is my last day of my staycation LOL i hope that word catches on. Haveing the house to myself has been great. its just so weird not to have a kid or two darting around all the time. I keep exspecting one of them to come ask me a question or get into something ! lol i think i have "mom" programed in me pretty hard ha ha

So i took some of your suggestions, i did the dishes and washed the kids blankets while they are gone, but aside from that i've been relaxing. I took an epsom salt bath , and relaxed and got caught up on some of my shows on tivo. Monday i visited my sister and saw my niece and nefew. Yesterday i went over to my dads and watched some tivo with him (i can't do that when i bring the kids) and then my mom took me out for dinner when i got back. Then more tv in bed!

its been really great!So tomorrow im hitchin a ride with my mom (she has a house out there) and meeting up with hubby and going with him and the kids to the gradparents house till saterday then heading back home again. so i get the best of both worlds, i get relaxation at home and relaxation up there!

David sounds like baby Rocco is taking some bigs steps with his training class. I am sorry for your pain my friend.Hope doctor will be able to tweak you meds a bit.

SSLisa glad you are back in your own bed. Being out in the fresh air is great but nothing beats a hot bath and ones own bed. With long term approved I would not rush back to work.

11 i am wishing the dentist will figure out what is going on in your mouth. You are going to shrink to nothing if you can't eat. Do you have watermelon? The lights sound really nice.
Fire Pit even better. I have my place staked out and even have two adriondeck chairs and a bench waiting for the pit. They just sit there waiting for the pit.

Foof sounds like you had a nice staycation. You did what you wanted to do. I know you will enjoy the ride with mom and then the rest of your vacation. Have fun.

Me I am just hanging out. It is raining and neck hurts more as does my bionic hip. Kind of wrap up in my heated throw and heat pad on neck. The pups are in and rowdy. Frank weighed today and they are 50lbs each. We have 100lbs of dog. Hardly pups but they are only 6 months old so they are still puppies. One tried to get in my lap yesterday. What a sight. Love them.

I felt a little better as I started work this morning. Yesterday was miserable so I broke down and put another Fentanyl patch on in the afternoon. Even though it's the smallest dose, apparenly it does do something. I had my second PT appt. after a half day of work. She's gentle, but my right shoulder neck and upper back are a mess of tight knots. She pushed, gently, but my god I'm hurting tonight.

I had an appt. with someone at my new clinic who works with CP patients on ways to cope. Well, I had it scheduled for tomorrow and they called and cancelled on me. But they asked me to come back for another appt. with the NP I just saw on Monday. They got my records ad lord knows what she thinks!

I'll find out.

Ooooh am I paying for my camping trip now. Everything hurts today, even things that don't normally hurt. my knees are killing me, my hands hurt, my elbows and of course my lower back is in agony. Even with all my meds it hurts to move. I did go out for my walk this evening but it was a slow one around one block. Hopefully tomorrow is a better day. Settling in to watch a movie tonight - goodnight all. Hugs, Lisa

I've been hurting in a major way, but today it's eased up just a smidge and I'll take that smidge! My left foot is throbbing, but this isn't nothing new. My late afternoon every day my body keeps spazzing out and I think my foot is just telling me it's had enough.
I've actually had my dr order a xray for my foot because it feel like its broke at times. It's the muscles, ligaments and tendons though.

I know it might not be everyones thing, but I've been praying extra for everyone on here. I so want less pain and some good times for everyone.

My thing also Toni. I join with you in that.

I am in pain and frustrated between my Doc's office and my insurance, it has not been a good week at all!

My day started before 2:30 this morning. It's going to be a long one and I'm already fantasizing about a nap! My neck and shoulder are hurting something terrible...no wonder I'm up.

It gives me plenty of time to catch up on all the posts since I went to bed last night.

Lisa, I know how it feels when something hurts so much that it's beyond the meds. I hope today will be a little better. We do pay for having a little fun, don't we?

Toni, I'm glad your foot isn't broken, but I know that doesn't mean it hurts any less. No spazzing today, ok?

So...I'm sitting her watching the course of Irene on the weather channel. I can't believe it's going to go all the way to Maine! I'm in northern Vermont and we'll just get rain and wind, but I worry about everyone who will be dealing with the real thing.

I've had a busy night getting things ready to go back to the apartment with George,and getting his things ready for this weekend,George is going camping and partying with my son and friends this weekend a big local biker party. I of course won't be going,to beatup to sleep on the ground or ride.Getting in the mood though listening to some Kid Rock, Nelly, Finger Eleven,and ICP.Insane Clown Posse.My left hip is hurting,pinching,rubbing.Gentle Healing Hugs.
