Hi all,
I'm new here. I'm 33 with a recent diagnosis of Bipolar disorder. I also have anxiety and PTSD. I'm interested in using meditation to try and reduce my stress and anxiety but I can't seem to sync up with the script. I'm a pretty tall guy and my breathing cycle is much slower than most. This takes me out of the moment and makes the meditation impossible to continue. Has anyone else encountered this? Any tips?
