Another memory surfaced, this time of mom. My mother has said that I'd hurt my vagina somehow in an accident; I don't remember this, or the supposed doctor's office visit. But I do remember her sticking her fingers inside me to apply some kind of ointment. Since this incident apparently included a doctor, I'm not sure if it really counts as sexual abuse, but I was old enough to apply the oinment myself with a little verbal guidance. This went on for at least a week, and I had at least one nightmare about it that I remember. (In the nightmare, I was outside, the sky was pitch black. I was surrounded by giant piles of the ointment, bigger than me. There was more to it, but that's all I remember.) This memory was fully suppressed until just a couple of days ago.
