More recently "shine" by "take that" the words are so powerful and represent for me the hope that I off loaded on to my therapist, he believed and in time so did i.

I have had 3 copies of the mike and the mechanics album over the years and worn two out so they are unplayable! not even sure if I like the music but I can't escape what the lyrics do for me!

Anything by Hole or The Distillers, angry, Fucked up women just like me, I can process anger...

sorry, to deal with my anger is POSITIVE...sorry that is how I meant it-I was in denial for too long about my trauma, and to get it out is the most positive thing I can do for my healing...

I still sometimes listen to angry music for the same reason - it can be a positive thing.

One I was listening to this morning - "Ballad of Bodmin Pill" by New Model Army. For some reason today it just struck a chord with me much more than usual.
