Wow thats an awesome idea, and i would love to get a list of the somgs you use once you have it all compiled. personaly my song is Holy Water by Big and Rich. It helpped move on turn more spiritually. although, you need to take it in a positive light, and look at the mesage behind it, because at face value it doesnt necissarily seem too posetive. But i really connected to the emotions in it.

Both of these women have albums that totally help me to cope whenever i am feeling like i need my own musical therapy!!

I don't think I can suggest anything helpful, I tend to go for something crude, silly or both just to make myself laugh and pull myself out of feeling depressed :)

I went to a site www.teenpcar.com you can order a cd and info it is free for pa residents and 5$ for everyone else. The CD is called Xposed ITS wonderful it has some rape stories made into songs and it has some to just up lift i just put the lyrics to one on this site its called Cross the line.

I have a case of those Xpose CD's. My favorite songs are "My Worst Day" and "Survivor Story," but I also like that one really loud rock song--can't remember the name.
