I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting back.
Walking greatly improves my mental health too. I'm feeling less irritable and depressed after walking.
I want this to be a support thread for people who exercise and eat healthy so if you do any of that post here!

Hey yall. I took a hiatus from ds for a couple of weeks or more. I thought I was going to just leave ds because it's been so slow. I have been journaling in a notebook but since I don't carry it with me, it's been inconvenient. So I apologize if I caused anyone to worry about my absence but I'm back and will be updating my journals again as I have time :)

I walked 1 mile twice, 2 miles once, worked outside and moved some heavy furniture this week. I found out I have to move out of my apartment so I've been getting rid of a lot of clutter I don't want to move with me.
I have been doing gardening this last past week and spent 3 days moving furniture in preparation for our major deep clean. I do that once a year, gets rid of the cob webs and unwanted dust from our numerous dust storms. I have also been chasing chickens and doing yard work. Walking seems to be rougher because of the 112 degree temps and the occasional 118.
Here's to exercise! Cheers!!
I walked 1 mile, 3 miles and gardened for 2 hours.
