I have to think hard about exercising, because my health is at-risk right now. However I am under my specialists/docs' care, was told there is nothing life-threatening right now, at this time or point, and I do not know exactly what he meant by saying it that way.
Every time I get on here, I pass out, due to either no oxygen getting to my heart and lungs or pain from nerves in my neck and back and shoulders and hip, that sends me to someplace that I don't like to be.
I'm here for a few minutes before my pain gets too bad; I just was able to sit up at the table and eat a meal all on my own, and I ate a really healthy Chinese plate with rice and veges, and thought better do this while I can. With arthritis, myotonia, myalgia (fibro), and myositis it's difficult to exercise I did use to weigh 296 and drank lots of water to lose that so water helps tremendously to keep our body functioning.
As of last week I'm drinking water regularly; Cannot walk that well yet, but am planning on it soon.
@Milla sorry you got injured :(
@gizzy I hope you can get treated and better soon. My mom is currently on cumiden for blood clots in her lungs. She's able to do a lot more than a month ago but still needs a lot of rest.
I ran 1/2 a mile and walked the other half tonight.
I made myself walk 2.8 miles this morning.
I hiked about 4 miles up a trail today. Being up in the mountains makes me feel better.
