My cat is going on trial for crimes against skink-anity. SIX in six weeks. Three this last week alone. The crack is maybe 1/4 inche wide. Maybe. Me, I'm not comfortable being in front of any camera, ever, in any mood. My favorite thing about being a photographer is that it is the perfect excuse for being behind the camera instead of in front of it. Good luck getting me in a video-conference meet-up, even without my hearing issues.
I'm sorry if I misunderstood. Hugs.
I let my tears flow with shame now
We are so wrapped up in looking a certain way
Not ever being vulnerable is impossible
We lose ourselves trying to be normal
We never ever will be like kids who were not abused
I would work in accepting your emotions a d feeling the body sensation rather than judge tears secreted good luck
No one else but you.... Big hug..... xo
All I can say is I could have trusted my therapist sooner. In 3 years I was on my way to recovery enough to be able to come here and share in a group. You can ask your therapist that they mean, it's ok, I found.

Trusting another human still feels like an unacceptable risk to me, but I grow and heal tremendously every time I successfully nudge myself to take that risk. The covid hysteria hasn't changed that equation for me.
