Stupidly told the truth

I have been living with what happens to me for 13 years and not once have I slipped up, never let anyone know. Well I'm an idiot and it all happend so fast I told my friends mom I was sad and now I'm even more sad all I want to do is give up, on everything. I have been abused from the age of 3 until about a month ago. I am just so confused about everything. Friends mom says I shouldn't go home. She wants to know what's happening at home. And he is just blowing up my phone. I hate making him mad and I know he is going to be so mad at me, he already is because I'm not supposed to stay out past a certain time. I just don't know what to do. Why am I so stupid?
