I'm at a loss for words. I really don't know what to say or how to put it into terms that you would understand. Life for me has been, to say the least, a marathon. Days seem like years and mornings feel clouded. I can not wait for this part of my life to be over. I would absolutely not change the way things have happened, but I am over the hill ready to leap!
In my other life, I think I should have been or be, a bird. Not a specific one just yet, but one that soars and knows when to stop and take in the warmth of the sun. Exhaustion has me begging for another getaway and my mind is like a jigsaw puzzle. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!
God, please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

Be it a moment of peace or a dream vacation, hope you find your get-away soon. Sometimes I go vacation surfing when I feel like this. Nights are already long enough here in the Northern Hemisphere that I am taking my internet vacations in the Southern Hemisphere. Haven't visited Patagonia, Argentina in a while...
FindingKat, haven't seen you write here in a while. You've always been one of the greats here at DS PTSD. So sorry you're stressed to the point of being tongue tied. I know the feeling.
Great idea to be a bird and soar. Reminds me of that 1970s song about Jonathan Livingston Seagull, "Be." It's corny, but what good thing isn't? Here's for you, FindingKat. Hoping you feel better and soar:
