hello, anyone with c-ptsd here? if so, how do you deal with it? because my ptsd came from emotional abuse & trauma i find myself having major trust issues a lot of the time because i can't figure out who is trustworthy and who isn't. i have loads of self doubt and think that everybody is manipulating me. this severely hinders my relationships and makes me feel isolated and like i have no love and support.

Big hug rc.... I have some trauma from childhood as well and haven't been able to get into trauma therapy

People on here have shared so much and it has really helped.... This is a good place to come

Pete Walker is a therapist for CPTSD and he shares a lot online... Great stuff and I learned that on here
