I've been in abusive relationships since I was born... I've fought through it all.
From rape, beatings, molestation, homelessness... i kept on. got my degree. struggled through school. took care of my daughter...
Children raped and murdered in my backyard where the body was found... boyfriend almost killed then wakes up from the hospital a different person...
I just can't break this cycle no matter what I do...
now my anxiety is crippling me with the latest life has thrown at me...
I can't leave the house without feeling like i will burst out in tears or it comes in anger.
I can't breathe, i can't sleep. nothing any doctor can give me stops it..
What do I do???? what can I do??? i do art.. i ride horses.. i was working in non-profit for disabled veterans... I have tried meds... I have tried counseling for years now. Latest counselor told me there was no help for me...
I don't know what to do...

The trip sounds good, good enough for a" Go Fund Me" page, or a letter of cooperative learning trip funded by them "Horses for Heroes"to spread the idea.
Making plans is a sign of hope in thinking.
The stats say victims of child abuse are victimized again 60% of the time.
I don't have much to say because I am in the same boat.
Just take it one day a time. Do one thing at a time.
Forgive yourself for your anger.
I do a lot of shit due to anger...It hurts mostly me no one else but still.
Docs have told me the same well that psychologists would not help me that I am the kind of person that has to be on meds.
I hate meds.
I sometimes call myself, "A humanophobe." People contact is hard for me, too, at the best of times. When my life is out-of-control. . . I do believe my menagerie of traumatized animals (no horses, unfortunately) are the best support group this beaten crazy bitch wolf has ever been part of. Hope you are spending lots of time with your horses.
Gentle support while you find your way through the quagmire, Dracona. Ask your horses how to be patient with the process. They know.
Yes, I am blessed with my old horse of 17 years. the weather is supposed to let up and we are going on a long ride tomorrow. Animals really are life saving.
Considering how many of us use gardening and animals as therapy tools, I kinda think of this as the best gardening club available. We sure study lots and lots about compost materials here.
Glad you got that ride in. My most comprehensible lessons on mood swings comes from dealing with animals in cantankerous moods. Gets me past the word wars and straight to the sensory roots.
The bio-net misses us when we are off civilizing.
