I have at times the most painful experience and it does not last long. It is as if I am racing BUT things get louder or brighter and It feels like my body is going a mile away even if I am not, It is painful and scary. And draining. Sometimes I feel like there is something wrong with me and that I am drowning. It is the weridest feels and than out of nowhere I have one normal day.
At times I feel like I cannot think or I have no brain in my head and everything seems off or odd and then I have one normal day and I am myself and than I am gone again. It is hard to explain because it is the most uncomfortable things I feeling.

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

Sending hugs and support.

I have heard more theories than I can make sense of on what ^it^ might be. The theory I favor is that ^it^ is an anxiety hormone rush. However natural, hormones are potent drugs. I have wondered if my anxiety spent enough years on hyper-vigilant alert that I blew a gasket in my hormonal system..
Gentle empathy, Rose. By whatever name or theory, ^it^ sucks, both literally and figuratively.
