This morning I woke up a tad anxious randomly. I didn't have any nightmares or anything like that that I can remember but by the time I got to work the feeling had subsided and I actually felt very content with my life. I work two jobs but have enough time and money to go out and socialize with friends when I want to and I just had an amazing weekend off with my girlfriend. We went to brunch, relaxed by the pool, went for a long walk with the dogs and went shopping :)
But for some odd reason, despite everything going in my favor, I just spiraled into a panic that I haven't felt in a long time. I have to work both jobs today and I'm halfway done with job #1 right now and I'm struggling to make it through the rest of the day. Idk what's going on in my head right now but it's super frustrating

The Friday before Labor Day just before we left, the options given to me basically were either quit of be fired, and if I were to stay on I were to be put on an improvement plan, which is pretty much synonymous with getting fired. I was going to do the improvement plan and just ride it out until I found another job due to money and due to the fact that I did not want to quit without another job....

There's probably something deep down in your mind that you might be worrying about, such as something in the future, or anxiety about something that happened, etc. But I would suggest not to overanalyze why this happened and to "forget about it". The more you dwell on the why when what happened to give me anxiety, it only causes more anxiety.
Try your best to forget the anxiety attack and just go about your life. Easier said than done, but that is what would help the most. You'll be okay!
