I've noticed whenever I introduce a friend of mine to someone else I know, it seems like it only does harm to me and my friendship with this person. I am very insecure and people do not help or realize it either. I introduce two friends to each other, and bam, they're best friend who fall in love and I feel like the third wheel being left out. My breakdowns from it and not being comfrotable with speaking up to them are only more intolerable. And I get it, I am to blame for some of this because I have the power to speak up, even though I am too timid to.
