This Excessive blinking getting dangerous!
I don't know that I'm asking for help as much as just trying to get this out, hoping it leaves me. I've prayed about it - I breathe through it - I panic in the midst of it - I do this when I'm driving, working, watching TV - it is insane!! I constantly feel like I have something in 1 or both eyes - sometimes I do, most the time I think it's just in my head!! Yesterday, I wore eye glasses at work which seemed to help a little because I felt my eyes were more concealed!! I've been on nearly every kind of med possible - and that's no exaggeration, literally 52 med combos in just a few years. This started somewhat recently, I know people will say - what triggered this? I don't even know, nothing HAS to trigger it, I started it one day and it hasn't gone away. Honestly, the thing I trust most in, IS GOD - so I feel I will get passed this & I'm gonna try every day to do better!

I'm horrified! I knew my insurance would go up due to getting a new car but I didn't expect it to go up over $2,000. I did have an accident with the snow/ice in the winter. I was just telling my brother that I have had my car since March 2, 2026 and have only spent $75 on an oil change. Now this! I called another insurance company and their quote was over $4,000. I guess I have to pay...

I have excessive blinking also, more of a twitch maybe. I used to notice it all the time then I kind of got used to it and don’t even notice I do it anymore except when people make fun of me for it but it is what it is and I don’t really let that get to me. I do have a touch of OCD but more on the hypochondria spectrum and I had one doctor tell me that there are studies that show a close correlation between OCD and Tourette syndrome which could help explain it. I guess best to try not to think about it, as hard as that may be and focus more on other things to keep your mind occupied. Best of luck.
