I finally started to look at my Ocd and really sick of having it. Knowing that I have OCD has answered many questions I had growing up and dealing with the damn disorder. OCD is no fun. Have you ever tried any medications for it? Zoloft is one that helps OCD.

Therapy, books, YouTube videos about OCD.... are a few suggestions of things that can help. I am always looking on YouTube for anxiety help videos and they do help me.
I take it that your psychiatrist thinks you're "doing okay" and that's why he changed it to once every 6 months. You can tell him that you'd like to come in more often again. And you can always look for another psychiatrist... get a second opinion on getting you some better help.
Keep trying. Don't give up. You're not alone in this.
