We do get through most of the flu and colds that come along OK, so we probably will do OK with the coronavirus too.
And the others are absolutely correct that our medications work in very slow motion -- so what we do today often doesn't show up for months. So a short term drop of cellcept would likely not help at all.
Finally, if you really want to do it, if you can limit it to a few days and get back home, and do all of those wash your hands and be careful you might risk it. Right now we are so uncertain as to what the future of public gatherings will be that you can't even be sure Disney World will be open in a month.

I was on a ventilator once because my muscles weakened. This whole mess scares me to death.
MG caused my breathing issues and forced me on ventilator.
Also, It is absolutely essential for each one of us - not just those of us who are immunosuppressed - to practice social distancing for the near future. The person who cannot get help at a hospital when they are overwhelmed could be any of us.
