Coronavirus concerns

Diagnosed about one year ago, I am on Cellcept and Mestinon which along with prism lenses do a pretty good job of controlling my symptoms of double vision, fatigue, and some choking at night.  I have no main motor muscle involvement at this point.  I have a family trip scheduled to Disneyworld in April which I have not yet cancelled, but may.  I am considering temporarily discontinuing Cellcept to hopefully boost my immune system (white cell count under 5) during the Coronavirus outbreak.  My symptoms were not disabling prior to my diagnosis.  My neurologist suggested doing so if I had close friends and family infected, but not necessarily as a precaution.  Is anyone else considering a similar action?

We are hunkered down for the foreseeable future. We will pick and choose our trips and stay as "clean" as possible. We are close to our kids, so we have great support near by. We will continue to walk and will distance ourselves from others - 6' +/-.

I prefer not to mess with the chemistry in my body.

I'm so worried about this various I also suffer from Myasthenia Gravis and NF1 I keep checking on line for any advice ,I work as a courier so we are face to face on a daily basis I take 240 mg of mestiinon daily .
I would be Grateful with any help anyone can give me .
