Oh, how tasty it is to eat crow after my ealier bold claims. On April 14th I saw a neurologist who said that my hips have become weak and he uttered the dreaded 'p' word, progressive of course. I don't care yet to start using a cane but wil see a physiotherapist at the MS clinic and will discuss then. Lash me with wet noodles if you wish. Oh foo! Lorraine.

I just do not feel well and I really think that it's because I cried yesterday on my way to work about my Aunt who is in the hospital. I don't think that we will have her much longer. I keep hearing things that progressive doesn't rule out relapses too. So we can have progressive and still get a relapse or exacerbation. I'm following the "Best Bet Diet." too. Matt Embry was diagnosed with MS at 19 years old. His parents went to work creating the diet for MS which I wish I had known about long before signing up for it. In case you'd like to check it out. The cookbook is shipped out for those that request it, free of charge! It's a beautiful book and very helpful too. I think the best thing we can do is keep up with our physical therapy and exercises. As Matt says, #nocheatdays. ☺
