When you are proud that you know how to fall without hurting yourself.

When night after night you wait to watch a NHL playoff game on T.V. and you end up falling asleep in the first 5 minutes of every game, and it doesn't seem to matter if you drink enough coffee to keep you totally wide eyed and wired you still fall asleep. When you learn to give the right of way to all moving things. When you stay back from occupied doorways because you do not want to try to hurry if someone is holding a door for you. When your out in public and use restrooms you have to check to see if you have noticable stains in your black wind pants. When you are reluctant to buy new shoes because you are worried that you will have to learn to walk in new ones. When you spend more time at home than anywhere, and you don't really like that. When you start to notice everyone that has the slightest limp or problem walking and this is how you pass the time somedays.

When it's a beautiful day outside and you can't walk to the end of the garden where the swing is.

When your grandson tells you grandma I think you peed your pants again. As he is snickering uncontrollably.

When you pay the cab fare to go to therapy(I think my car has MS) to get there and find out the appointment is not until the next day. Damn and today was a good day wasted energy not to mention money spent on cab fares.
