when you can't - or don't - see your friends 'cause you don't want to expose yourself to their 'looks'.
when you *know* you're holding your partner back 'cause you can't do things normal people can and he won't do them without you.

At 17 [& before I learned better]: while at a stoplight, I unwrapped a burrito. Instead of the paper, as my then-ignorant-self meant to do, I threw out the burrito! & hit a guy's car! He proceeded to GET OUT OF HIS CAR, WALK AROUND TO THE PASSENGER SIDE, GRAB THE BURRITO IN MID-SLIDE, & ASK ME 'WHAT THE HELL?' - to which I had no explanation whatsoever.
At 34: Friend dropped by, I was going to mute the TV, instead, I pointed the remote at the top right of TV screen & got very annoyed when nothing happened - I was thinking of mouse-clicks to close a computer screen.
At 39 [ok',this one is bugging the crap outta me!]: Got on Zyban for smoking cessation & had my 1st experience w/ serious & intense short term memory loss & uncoordination for the duration of the Rx.
At 46: Instead of $300 to electric co, I paid $3000! Online. Pretty sure I actually levitated off my chair, once I realized.
when you're standing on the platform reading while waiting for the train to arrive, and suddenly, for no reason at all, you fall over to the side.
when you are standing on the platform waiting for the train to arrive, and wonder why you are standing in the train and not sitting, because you must be in the train, because the ground feel like it is moving up and down...
when you stop to think... and forget to start again.......
when you have more meds then you're able to count (because you can only use your fingers when your socks are on)
when you have to ask which boyfriend your daughters been dating by his appearance instead of name (which still doesn't always work)
the doctor says he's only seen one person walk like you and that person was struck by lightening.... (and they're doing a better job then you are)
when you get mad at ur boyfriend and daughter for grabbing the things you usually forget because by the time you remember them you can't find them...(because we already got them)
when you have to ask out loud,...... if someone read your mind or if you had really said that out loud.......and are usually convinced they read ur mind (:P)
(sry if these are lame........ lol they were funnier when my mom did them)

And then you turn around, trip on a bra that's somehow ended up on the floor, and fall onto the bed, messing it up again!
This just happened.
when you love playing The Sims because you have more control over their life than your own right now...
when you appear in shorts in front of someone for the first time since starting injections and they ask what the hell happened to your legs...
when you have bruises all over your body (not from injections) that you didn't even realize you had...
when vegas doesn't seem that bright because you have optic neuritis in your right eye...
