I was going to ask if anyone had any ideas to keep cool that I might have not known or forgot.? Aside from parking myself in front of the a/c on its coolest. I got an aha last night - the doc had told me to get -saline nasal spray- for when I have sinus probs. Well it was cool and I found after I used it I felt cooler -like I was breathing in cool air. One more thing I saw on tv they said that - Yawning - is a way to keep your body cool not just bring in more oxigen.

Have only had to take temporary meds to get rid of symptoms.
I have found that freezing water bottles (take some water out first or the bottle ruptures) and taking one with me when I run errands is perfect. I have cold water to drink when I get back in the car and I can hold the cold bottle to my forehead, back of neck and inside of wrists for a real quick cooloff.
