I cant believe the week I have had. I had neuro & other tests on Wednesday including mri. Brushed my right hand against dorr & took skin off & blood everywhere. They dressed it but I ended up back at dr thursday night as I couldnt stop it bleeding & it was making me feel sick. He gave me a tetanus shot & redressed it. It is still bleeding & yucky puss now (sat) so teill got it wrapped & it is still hurting. Had all the tests done & saw neurologist & other Dr's. Since then I have worked Thurs & fri, slept on train to work & home & aching all over. Right hand is still sore esp when I use it & it is my left hand/arm that is usually sore. Just to top it off both feet have been swelling so can barely walk on them. Left leg has hot pokers of pain shooting up it if I try to walk without the walker even inside.
Top that off with bad loss of bladder & bowel this week & it has been a shocker right around.
Dont know how much of it is ms & how much is just other crap. Have had shocking pains in right ear which come & go & both eyes have been blurring too. I dont think I can take a trick at the moment.
Going to eat some chocolate

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...

Yep, the chocolate should help, one way or another. If it triggers an exacerbation, then it's helped keep you feeling as well as you do :)

I have chocolate every so often, now that I'm on LDN, just to see if it still affects me like it used to.
Enough of it triggers exacerbations, some of it only triggers symptoms. Before LDN, small amounts would really knock me horizontal.
But that's all I'm gonna say about chocolate... like all the other potentially poisonous foods and drugs, use at your own health risk. Assess it yourself and see.
However, I have a medical hx going back to 1972 of high toxicity with chocolate/cocoa. Responsible for nearly all intake-triggered attacks (except 1)
My attack in 1998 proved it was chocolate beyond a doubt, I didn't know I was having it, but my body did!
Oh well if its not one challenge it seems to be another. Hopefully the next week will get better.
Thanks again, it was good to vent.
