Yep, the chocolate should help, one way or another. If it triggers an exacerbation, then it's helped keep you feeling as well as you do :)

I have chocolate every so often, now that I'm on LDN, just to see if it still affects me like it used to.
Enough of it triggers exacerbations, some of it only triggers symptoms. Before LDN, small amounts would really knock me horizontal.
But that's all I'm gonna say about chocolate... like all the other potentially poisonous foods and drugs, use at your own health risk. Assess it yourself and see.
However, I have a medical hx going back to 1972 of high toxicity with chocolate/cocoa. Responsible for nearly all intake-triggered attacks (except 1)
My attack in 1998 proved it was chocolate beyond a doubt, I didn't know I was having it, but my body did!
Oh well if its not one challenge it seems to be another. Hopefully the next week will get better.

also hope the chocolate works and the rest of the people are messing with my head when they say Chocalate trigers MS because i just pickup 14 oz of Toberlone and if i can't eat chocolate I will have to break out my friend Jose or Jack.
