Usually I get a daily influx of emails on health topics. An article from Dr. Mercola really stood out recently though because it mentioned that fat cells have their own mitochondria. Not only was this the first I'd heard of this, he also mentioned that fat serves a purpose in our metabolism. Another new factoid for me. The bottom line for me was to appreciate that even our fat cells play a...

I just do not feel well and I really think that it's because I cried yesterday on my way to work about my Aunt who is in the hospital. I don't think that we will have her much longer. She is very frail. Now she needs help eating. So, this is the third time in a year that I felt this way after crying. I think crying releases toxins into my body. Around where I live it's been all over the news warning those that read from an electronic device such as a Nook or Kindle, the blue light they use messes with ur brain & doesn't allow u to fall asleep at night & even if u get 8 hours of sleep u'll be sluggish in the morning.

brand that you can get in bulk is Prince of Peace (Amazon) which makes it less expensive.

Good luck
Seeing the recent segment on "The Doctors" show this week made me think that maybe this is something I could look into because I'm am so affected by low energy. My only thought is that my tiredness is MS related so would synthetic hormones really help?
I just thought I would share this info as it is on my mind fresh. I don't get relief from any prescription and I've taken them all! Who knows, it won't hurt to ask neuro???
I have a whole lot of fatigue. I take a generic form of Provigil. That helps.
I wouldn't drink anything with artificial sweeter in it. I am glad that you have found something that works for you. But if it contains a lot of caffeine in it, be careful re your bladder. Lot of caffeine makes my bladder spasticity worse and I have to go often. Just my two cents. So I stick with water, club soda, and tea. None of those super caffeine drinks.
I wish you well,
