I was just wondering. As, for me, I guess I think about it daily. Sometimes with each step I take. Since I use a cane. With each time I crawl into bed, i think about the stiffness in my body, due to the Spasticity. Each time I rise up in the morning, I think...what will this day be like?
I was just wondering. Are you able to go day to day without thinking about MS? Or do you think of it daily as I do?

I just do not feel well and I really think that it's because I cried yesterday on my way to work about my Aunt who is in the hospital. I don't think that we will have her much longer. She is very frail. Now she needs help eating. So, this is the third time in a year that I felt this way after crying. I think crying releases toxins into my body. I also worked up a sweat at the gym...

I have the issue of having pain on the entire right side of my body, I hurt if I "touch" it with anything...whether it be pulling on socks, or bumping into a wall...or even crossing my legs. It hurts if anyone ever gives me a hug, or even a shoulder squeeze. So, yes, those things keep MS as a constant reminder.
I was just wondering if I was alone in my thought life...always knowing that MS is a huge part of my life.
Thank you each for sharing. I am sorry that MS has become our constant companion.
