A blouse normally costs 20.00. this week there is a 20% off sale on all blouses. How much is the blouse? It's 16.00 - still to much for the blouse, but that is algebra..
We no longer have to do the tedious calculations that we had to learn in school.
I guess I do use algebra and didn't even realize it ! Or, I'm so old I forgot what algebra actually was. I think that's it.
