Yes I am missing grandma. I leave tomorrow and I got her on my mind.
How did I even get to this point in my life? Everything about my transition was easy as fuck, from my name change to me getting on hormones, to the doctors giving me my letters for surgery to setting a date with Dr Reed. A lot of transwomen have it difficult and yet I had it easy. Why God why?
My transition may have been easy but I've been challenged with a ldr with Nate and having my mom die of COPD and my grandma to leukemia.
If there was one thing I could change about my life I'd have treated my mother better than I did.
Mom's gonna be in Miami with me in spirit as well as grandma. I already feel their presence even before I leave.
